ABOUT

Nicole began teaching Yoga in 2017. She trained originally in Vinyasa with Frog Lotus Yoga which is the main style of Yoga she still teaches today.


She has since additionally gone on to train in Rocket Yoga, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork.

Nicole believes passionately in the benefits of Yoga after using it to cope with some tough points of her own life specifically with Grief and Anxiety.

​

Nicole now owns Flo Yoga Studio in West Hampstead in London, where she has a team of teachers working alongside her. 

​

She goes into corporate environments to teach, in gyms, yoga studios and at her own studio Flo.

​

Nicole adapts to what her clients need especially her private clients. Some sessions are much more therapeutic, whilst some are focused on a physical stronger practice depending on the needs.
