Nicole started Yoga originally at a time in her life where she lacked purpose, wasn’t happy in herself, and it became a place to regain focus and discipline in something was passionate about. Starting out as a way to get stronger physically but then she soon realised that the practice was doing wonders for her mental state, the way she looked at life and having an overall positive effect on the way she lived it.
Nicole’s purpose in life became clear and just before she turned 30 she made the decision to begin her Teacher Training and left her10 year Retail Management Career to become a Full Time Yoga Teacher.
She recently lost her Dad at the age of 58 and so Yoga has become even more important and influential at one of the hardest times of her life. She is even more grateful to have this practice to help her through the grief and be able to influence others on their journeys.
Today Nicole teaches a mixture of styles of Yoga predominantly based around Vinyasa Flow. She also covers Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga and guided Meditation.
Nicole is originally from Carlisle in the North of England, but is now based in East London and teaches at many well repsected Studios across the capital. She goes into Corporate environments to bring Yoga in to the work places, teaches at various events and outdoor festivals across the country. She also runs her own retreats in the Algarve in Portugal.
Nicole is now travelling round Asia teaching Yoga and is currently based in a Muay Thai camp and Wellness centre in Thailand.
