Nicole's Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are sequenced dynamically to build strength and flexibility whilst simultaneously creating a sense of ease. 

Nicole's down to earth and personable approach to teaching makes it accessible to all and she aims to support and guide students through their own personal experience of the practice. 

With a focus on alignment and purposeful hands on assists to deepen and strengthen your practice, the intention is to allow you to feel grounded yet open to creating more length and space in each posture.
